Digital Tools Used at Creighton M.S.

Technology is everywhere. Adults use it, kids use it, and it is used at Creighton Middle School to support student learning.  Below is a list of district approved online tools that students and teachers use at our school.

Infinite Campus This program allows students and parents to view assignments, grades, attendance and more.
Jeffco Google Apps Provides a variety of different workspaces such as word processing, presentations, slide shows etc.
A blended learning platform for schools that aims to simplify creating, distributing and grading assignments in a paperless way.
Schoology is our district supported online learning management system. It allows teachers to create and manage academic courses for their students online in a flipped classroom environment. It provides teachers with a platform for managing lessons, engaging students, sharing content, and connecting with other educators.
Kahoot Kahoot allows users to create game based formative assessments using multiple choice questions. Kahoot provides a fun interactive platform for students which includes avatars, leaderboards, and themes
Khan Academy   Khan Academy is a personalized learning resource for all ages. The website offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empowers learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom.
Desmos Desmos is a free online graphing calculator. Desmos allows you to graph functions, plot tables of data, evaluate equations and explore transformations.
SoundTrap  Soundtrap is a digital audio workstation (DAW) accessible directly in your browser from a variety of devices, such as Windows, Mac, Chromebook, Linux, Android phones and tablets and iPads. Use Soundtrap by yourself to create your next hit or collaborate in the music making with people from all over the world. (Jeffco is part of the "walled garden.")
Naviance College and career readiness tool for middle/high school students
Flip Flip is a learning platform that allows teachers to create grids to facilitate video discussion. Teachers can pose questions called “topics” and students can post video responses.
WeVideo  WeVideo is an online video creation program/website for video editing. You can use WeVideo any device.
Actively Learn  Actively Learn is the interactive reading platform that makes reading meaningful for every student.
